Meet Keayana Minus, the founder and executive director of iSparkle2, a non-profit 501(c)(3) girls mentoring and leadership organization, based in Georgia. iSparkle2 seeks to create a supportive and friendly environment for teen girls to make connections that foster their strengths, develop practical solutions to life’s challenges, and thrive to achieve their dreams. Keayana has experience in management and leadership and has dedicated over 17 years of her life towards youth empowerment and development. Keayana serves in the Air Force and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s in Occupational Safety and Health. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
As a nationally renowned empowHERment specialist, Keayana founded iSparkle2 to fulfill her passion for steering the development and mentoring of young ladies. She has dedicated her time volunteering, mentoring and participating in numerous events supporting the youth within her community and church. With a passion to serve others, Keayana’s vision is to mentor young girls, in the Middle Georgia area. She seeks to enable them to live purposeful and empowered lives, inculcate in them the inclination to love the person they are, their skin, and prepare them to make a positive impact in society.
As an entrepreneur, wife and mother, her mission is to live with purpose and accomplish excellence in all areas of life while supporting others to do the same. She is dedicated to exuding poise and integrity with her incessant commitment to empower her community. She credits her success to her faith in God and her strong family support. A native of Richmond, Virginia, Keayana currently resides in Kathleen, GA with her beautiful family.
